I am considering getting an EC under my parents names (they currently own a 5rm HD7 purchased as second timer). The type should be Dual Key 2 bedded (1 bedder attached to studio or a other 1 bedder) preferably in East and TOP around 2015, latest 2016. Welcome all recommendations. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ricky, understand you would like to purchase an EC under your parents name. 2 things to clarify: 1. how many times has your parents purchased a flat direct from HDB or HDB resale with grant? 2. If you are looking at Dual-key units, do note that you will need to purchase them under the new multi-generation scheme.
