Good morning buyer,

I suppose that's no health issue in staying close to a substation but you might have problem finding buyers in future.

Why?

Even you have objection in buying it now, why wont the buyers think about it as well? When the pool of buyers reduces, you might have to decrease the pricing to make it attractive. Just my 2 cents opinion.

Perhaps you can share more about your requirements and budget so I can suggest suitable alternatives.
