Hi Queenie, to be able to buy resale HDB, you need to form a family nucleus. Hence you need to purchase the flat with your husband, or your parents. Your Husband or your parents need to be Singapore citizens, there are other requirements other than citizenship.

If you are China Chinese, you need to be PR and married to at least another PR to be eligible to purchase a resale HDB unit. If you are SC Chinese and above 35 years old, you can purchase resale HDB unit under single scheme.

As to how much a 3 room flat would cost, it can range from $320k to $500k, depending on size and location.
