Good morning,

As you had purchased those properties under the older system, you do not need to dispose of your properties overseas. Furthermore, you have already fulfilled your MOP requirement.

Hi,

Don't worry. There is no need for you to sell off your Johore property should you get your Citizenship. You will only need to sell off the property should you decide to purchase another HDB flat.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi,

In fact, once you get your citizenship, you may purchase another private property instead. Only thing you need to be concern is the ABSD that applies with new property.

You had bought your HDB under old system thus no requirement for you to dispose off your foreign investment.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.
