All realtors in Singapore must be registered with th council of estate agencies, CEA. The list of registered agents are listed on the Public Register therefore the authenticity of that agent can be verified there.

Nevertheless, do take note that even the contact number the agent uses for business must be verified as there are impersonators out to scam.

PropertyGuru itself has differentiated listings, and some of them have the verified tags next to it. As another step, you can also look up the agent on the public register via the CEA government website to make sure the agent is legitimate.
