Watten Residences is a strata titled residential property, normally Singapore citizen will not have any issues owning another unit in the same development. Unless you are a SPR or foreigner, I can check for you.

As long as you are a Singaporean and financially sound to do so, there is no issue to own another unit, however, should you be a foreigner, I highly doubt you will be able to do so but you may wish to write in to SLA for approval.
