I am about to rent a condo unit. Now is at the search. But have been wondering as a main tenant who is renting an entire condo unit, do we need to provide a legal document to another tenant if we sublet a condo room? Or I should include the person name on my tenancy agreement with the landlord. If so, I would not know who will be renting my room until I have rent the entire unit first.

Dear prospective tenant, The main consideration now is if landlord allows you to further sublet the property. Your tenancy agreement with the permission to sublet as well as tour particulars are usually sufficient. You will need to ensure that the tenancy agreement has been duly stamped too.     Thank you for your replied. I assumed when it's being agreed by the owner , the tenancy agreement will actually have a clause stated specifically allow for subletting? Regards
