I am a SPR that just sold off my condo to buy a resale HDB flat with my SC wife . i want to ask whether i could still buy a 2nd property after we have met the MOP ?

Good evening,
Since you are buying the resale HDB unit with your SC spouse, you will be eligible to purchase your second property upon fulfilling MOP. However, the loan tenure and maximum loan will vary.

However, do take note of the ABSD component, provided ABSD remains 5 years later.
