I am a SPR and have 120K cash and CPF amount of 50K.I am interested to buy an condo or private apartment for the budget maximum of 700k where the rental should go minimum of 2700$ . This will be my first property in singapore. Please advise whether i can able to get any ?

Hi, yes still possible to get a property for just 700k or lesser. You may want to consider 1Suites or Treasures @ G6 and they are Freehold.

Hi

To have a decent rental of $2500 per mth, there should be a minimum sqft of 550-600 sqft min 1BR not too far from MRT, maybe max 700m.
Likely will cost you at least $750K
As a SPR, you would need cash/CPF of $212K.

Please note SPR is required to pay 5% additional buyer stamp duty on top of 3% normal buyer stamp duty for his first residential property.
