I am a SPR and currently owns a HDB flat. Under the current restrictions, can I buy a condo for investment purpose?

Evening,

Under the current ruling, you need to fulfill the MOP before you can toy with the idea of getting private property. You will also be required to sell off your HDB unit within 6 months from key collection for your private property.

Hi,
By new ruling, SPR owners must sell the existing HDB Flat within 6 months if they buy private residential property. If you think for investment, you may buy a commercial/Industrial property.
