I am a Singaporean, my husband is a PR and we are looking to upgrade to a landed property (this will be our 2nd property). Is there any way my husband can be joint legal owner with me and not have to pay the ABSD? Because this is such a big purchase, i want his name on the property title rather than arrange a 'side deal' to have him as beneficiary.
