For Executive Condo (EC), the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) is 5 years after the TOP date. Since your EC is 6 years old, you will be able to sell it now to Singaporean or SPR. Foreigners are not eligible until the 10 year mark. Rest assured there are no Seller Stamp Duty to be payable when you sell your property.
