Hi, yes I'm afraid you will need to declare and also to sell away your overseas property upon purchasing any HDB unit.

Evening,

It would be good to make the declaration and write in for concession, if required.

Good evening upgrader,

You have to declare that you have an overseas property when you do the resale HDB submission.

It will be best for you to seek for appeal to hold on to your overseas property before you commit to the upgrade.

If not, your alternative will be to transfer the ownership of overseas property to your parents.

Hope my opinion is beneficial to your decision making.

Hear from you soon!
