I am a Singapore PR & my wife is a Singapore Citizen. Currently working in Overseas. Our combined income is around $125K and we have around $65K in our CPF Ordinary account. As we have a property in Overseas, we are looking for a Condo for investment purpose in Singapore. This is our first property in Singapore. My budget is around $500K. Can anyone help to get a freehold Condo (either a Studio or 1 BR) that can give some good returns within my budget? Also we need some guidance on getting home loans and other financial matters.

Hi Mr Thiru G, A Freehold Studio/1 Bedroom unit of around $500k is pretty tough to get in today market. New launches of freehold 1 bedroom unit at around $600k are still able to get.
