i am a singapore pr and going through divorce.
i own a hdb flat and bought in april 2013.i understand that after divorce i will not be able to hold the flat.or is there any way i can hold the flat?

will i be allowed to sell in the open market or will hdb buy the unit directly? what will be the share that i will be having after the deal is done.FYI - the flat was solely bought based on my earnings.pls help.

You may call HDB branch office at 1800-225-5432 & they should be able to answer your questions better & clearer. From there, you should know what action to take for your situation.
