Hi,

You may want to consider Regent Grove condo, very near to Yew Tee MRT, probably the most affordable condo in the West and minutes walk to MRT and shopping.

The amazing thing about Regent Grove is that the developer is able to squeeze 4 rooms into a 1259sqf area and such units are all pool facing and high floor, for about $850,000.

Regent Grove condo is just opposite Yew Tee MRT station and shopping. Its one of the most affordable condo units in the west with good rental yield.
