Hi Serious Buyer,

Kovan Melody 2 bedroom apartments are asking for cheapest $1 Million. Even in the vicinity, $700K is also too low for a 2 bedrooms apartment.

Do let me know if you need any help in the market price of the houses in that vicinity but at $700K, it is really very tough to get a 2 bedrrom apartment in that vicinity. Thanks.

Dear Seriou Buyer,

At $700k, I think what you can find will likely be units which are smaller than 700sqf, factoring in 2 bedrooms, you are likely left with about 400sqf at most for your living, dining and kitchen. Does that sound appealing to you?

All buyers want to buy low and all sellers want to sell high, which is the reason why there is this job call real estate salesperson.
