Hi,

As long as there is an SC in the household, and MOP of 5 years fulfilled, you can rent out your HDB whole unit subject to HDB approval (I be glad to assist on this aspect). Its pretty hard to do everything online, after all tenants still need to view the unit. It be ideal to appoint an agent to help you manage the process.

Hi,

You can rent if you are an SC and 5 years MOP is fulfilled.
There is a lot of HDB regulations to take note of and it will be very time constraint to look for and arrange a viewing.

Will advise you to look for an agent to safe guard your interest and free out your precious time for you.
