Hi Jon, As you are considered a SC household, you may proceed to purchase a private property while keeping your HDB, but first, you will probably need to take note of the ABSD involved if you decide to purchase as a couple or as an individual. For landed property, should you decide to include your spouse name, you will need to apply for the approval from SLA since your spouse is a SPR. You may opt to purchase under your own name.
