I am a SC and my girlfriend is a SPR. We are not married yet but have found a hdb resale unit. This is our first property. Do we need to pay absd when we exercise the otp/submit resale application as we do not have marriage cert yet? We will be registering for marriage within the 3mths of the completion date. Or will there be remission of absd?
