For a private condo/apartment the cost is higher, you need to look a budget of at least $700K for a 2bedroom unit for immediate move-in, if you are willing to wait, then you can buy new launches.

There are many out there, precisely because there are Soooo many, and the prices are so wide and varied that even I find it overwhelming sometimes, so I know what it means to buy properties.
