I am a malay singaporean looking for a 2 rooms rental at woodlands area with a reasonable prices. There are 7 of us in a family.

In Singapore, such 2 bedrooms HDB unit (A.K.A 3 room flat) is restricted to 6 occupiers maximum for the entire unit.

How about a whole unit of 4 room flat? What is the renting price for this?
