I am a foreigner. Thinking to buy a condo. I can arrange 60 to 70k cash till end of this year. Installment should not be a problem because our combined salary in 10K. So please let me know if I can own a condo with 10% downpayment.

Good morning, do take note that the minimum downpayment will be 20% provided if you can obtain a 80% bank loan. And as a foreigner, you will be subject to 15% ABSD on top of estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty. Taking all these initial outlay, you will only be able to afford a $184k property which is impossible to find one in Singapore now. Hope it helps! Cheers!
