I am a co owner of my parents unit and I am in need to remove my name as co owner, my sister will be taking over but both she and my parents doesn't have enough amount in their OA to repay me back the amount I used to pay for the flat, can she take a HDB loan to repay me instead?

You may need to check with a banker to work out the numbers.

1) This is possible.
2) There are 2 ways to move forward:
(a) Transferring of ownership: You will only take back whatever was spent on your CPF + accrued interest.
(b) Part-share selling: Your share shall be sold to your sister under the market value.

3) The buyer stamp duty imposed for both methods is the same.
