I am a 60 years old Singapore citizen. Following the demise of my father in which he is the sole owner, I now inherited a 25% share of the house together with my 3 siblings.
All my 3 siblings have a HDB flat under their name individually. I do not have any flat under my name. The HDB flat has been purchased by my late father in 2015 under the SERS scheme (house fully paid for) and is still within the MOP. I am the named executor and trustee to his estate together with one of my sibling.
Can I ask if the HDB flat can be placed under my name and I hold it in trust for my other 3 siblings as it is still within the MOP or when we have decided to sell in the future. I currently stay in house we inherited In addition, we do not have any intention to sell off the flat anytime soon due to sentimental values.
