Good afternoon Aric,

You will eligible for singles grant of $15k (your income must not exceed $12k), additional housing grant up to $20k if you earn less than $2500 and proximity housing grant of $10k if your parents are living with you in the resale flat.

Probably you can apply for IPA (bank loan) or HLE (HDB loa) first and share your finances (CPF OA funds and cash) on hand so I will be in a better position to assist and advise you further.

If your income is lesser than $6k, you will be eligible for single grant of $15k. Unless you are buying the unit with your parents as occupier or co-owner, you will not be eligible for proximity housing grant.

Hi Aric,

It will be first timer singles grant of 15k if you earn 6k and below. For proximity housing grant of 10k, your parents name must be added into the application, which means they have to sell their current place, which I don't think is part of your plans. To qualify for hdb loan, your household income monthly must also be 6k & below.
