I believe you may have looked at Single scheme's grant page on HDB and also Joint Single Scheme which was why you were confused about the amount of grants. Perhaps it'd be easier to advise you if you could provide me more information?

Good morning Dan,

By the way do take note that you are not eligible for any CPF housing grants or HDB housing loan because you are a private property owner.

You are only eligible in the event that you dispose off your private property 30 months before resale HDB purchase.
