I already sign the TA and the Agent promise to return a copy to us. From March till now we did not receive a copy of TA. The agent do not give us the letterbox key and how we want to check or pay them? We already pay 1 month rental + 1 month deposit. But the agent change our door lock before the date we suppose to pay. What is the procedure? The agent told us that if we pay earlier the agent will get the commission. Pls help urgently cause our agent threaten and chase us out. TYIA
