I fully understand your concern here as I have a toddler child now and have also started planning for the primary school registration. All parents will want the best for their kids.

In your situation, since you have identified an option, you may wish to write in to the developer for the request you have. We are unsure of whether will this help but then, in all situation, never request, never know.

Otherwise, the usual route of going to the MP for their assistance may also be an option for your exploration.

If all else fails, you may wish to consider renting a place near Rosyth Pri in order to fulfil the registration procedures.
