Hv intention to buy a unit in Terrasse and the est TOP is 1st qtr 2015. I am buying it is partly bcos it's nears to the Rosyth Pri which I would like to register my son for P1 next year. But there is a clause from MOE that the yet to be completed house need to occupy by 2 years time, which is mean 31 Dec 2014 if my son start his P1 in 2013. If I purchase the unit am I able to get the developer write me a approval letter on the revised completion date? As usually the project will completed early. And MOE requires this document when I registering my son for P1 using the yet to be completed address. Pls advise.
