Basic demand for terrace houses is huge and I have a huge database of buyers for landed properties from the last exhibition held by my team on 6th April where we had featured more than 200 landed homes. We have also collected a number of cheques for offers for the landed homes and has since sold a few of these unit. Our track record of more than 200 landed homes sold last year has enabled most of our clients to be confident in our team, be it in terms of selling skills as well as our market know-how.
