PropertyGuru is a listing portal that only allows registered Real Estate Salespersons with a paid account to list their properties for sale or rent.

For home owners or agents without any subscription to put up listings, they will need to seek other avenues, and do take note that due to the recent spate of scams going around on real estate transactions especially related to rental, it is in the best interest to engage the services of a registered salesperson in the transaction where due diligence can be carried out accordingly to safeguard the interests of all parties.
