Only subscribed agents can post on Property guru and many paid portals. If you would like to DIY, you could try other free portals or traditional means; newspaper. Have you throughly explored the option of engaging a specialist as opposed to doing everything on your own. Have you measured the pros and cons? Does the fees outweighs the entire service value to be rendered? I would suggest to adopt a more pragmatic view , as this is an asset, a very important one indeed.
