Dear sir/mdm,
PropertyGuru only allows registered agents with paid subscription to put up their listings for sale or rent. For home owners, they will be required to look elsewhere.
Why not consider engaging the services of agent to market your property since commission is only applicable upon successful transaction? This way, you can factor in the commission into the rental price and the tenants will be paying the commission indirectly. In this way, you need not incur the fixed costs in advertisements where you will need to pay regardless whether you have successfully rented the property or not. The agent can also do the necessary due diligence on tenant for the transaction to reduce the risks involved.
I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 13 years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.
I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.
