Pardon me for my bluntness but if you do not have the knowledge to renew the lease on your own, isn't it safer to renew the lease via a salesperson? The respondents on this portal should all be registered salesperson who are professionals in the sales and leasing of properties and we do this for a living and putting food on the table for our families. It is like going to ask a doctor when you are sick what medicine you should be taking but not paying consultation fees for the consultation.
