Hi
Able to check with SP if possible to install split meter ? If not have to check for the past history on the usage of the unit. Example base on 1/3 for studio or 2/3 for 2 bedroom

You can try to install a sub-meter if you really want to be accurate about it.

Alternatively, landlord and tenant can just come up with a method that both parties think is fair and stick with it (e.g. split by number of people or based on part records with / without tenant).
