How quickly does the landlord have to fix urgent repairs like no electricity?my realtor has just threatened me that she will not fix any problems we have in a hurry please advise. Also she is both our agent and the landlord.

In most cases, wouldn't the tenant be responsible for application for electrical supply and water for whole unit rental? Is yours a room rental where only your room does not have electricity?
