Recent rental transactions were transacted by slightly larger units in the range of $3150 to $3600 so you can take some reference from there. Normally rental are affected by furnishing option, lease term, unit condition etc.

Hi Betty,

I am abit more pessimistic in numbers, therefore would estimate it to be challenging to touch $3000, going by the number of newer apartments which have sprouted up nearby which is usually preferred by tenants going for about $3200 for 3 bedrooms. I have been covering a fair bit of rental and sales in this vicinity in the past 4 years therefore I am quite sensitive to the sentiments in the area. Not that it is impossible to fetch $3500, but you may risk waiting for months without rental income.
