Morning Mrs. Alina,
Are you referring to sales and purchase or rental? Market rate for S&P is 2% for sales and 1% for purchase while rental is going at 0.5 month for 1 year lease and 1 month for 2 years lease. And if you are referring to assignment, that would depend on what is your business type and assignment fee, if any.
