Hi Henry,

Typically it could be up to a few hundreds, it depends on other factors like unit condition and location of project as well. Some tenants prefer it unfurnished since they have their own furniture as well. May I know your plans are to? Thanks and hope to assist further.

Hi Henry, it could be anything from $200 to $500 difference. Most tenant would prefer it unfurnished or just partial as they have their own set of furniture to bring along with them.

Good evening Henry,

There's no definite answer as it's down to negotiation between tenants and landlords but usually its around $200 +/-.

I will suggest you to leave the unit as it is and see what are the requests by the tenants. It's definitely not worth it to get it fully furnished and realised the tenants are going for 1 year lease or want it unfurnished.

Dear Henry,

It depends on situation definitely, sometimes fully furnished unit could be cheaper, since landlord may require to look for alternatives to store the existing furniture if tenant requires an unfurnished unit.
