Hi Morning,

I will suggest to sell off this property rather than extending the lease if you are looking at instant income rather than passive income.

Rental income might ranges from $4,500 to $6,000 and for such big unit to be rented out, it might take some time.

Why not furnish me with more details of your unit, let me request for some bank indicatives and you can decide whether is it a good time to sell off this property.

Looking forward to hear from you soon!

Warmest Regards,

if u can get my target price,if not ,lease out
Hi Jambol,

If you were to sell now, with the cash on hands, what are you going to do with it?

Invest in a few other properties like condominium and apartments, where there is anticipated over supply in near future and pay ABSD for the purchases?

To be frank, whether selling or not, very much depends on what your plans are, as most of us salesperson can point out that in land scarce Singapore, it is likely that you will not lose out in the long run should you decide to hold.

Perhaps talking to a salesperson from a team who focuses on the landed property segment like ECG Landed Dynamic Alliance will help you better to understand how the market is before you decided to sell or not.

Call me for discussion.
