How much is a shoebox unit, 1 or 2 bedroom, 350-500 sqft? Which condos are near mrt stn and have such shoebox units?

When we visit new condo development, do we have to bring 5% cash to book or just 1%?

There are many 'shoebox' apartment in the market now..I have a few new launches that are located near to MRT, ie The Vue @ Upper Paya Lebar, Kovan Grandeur @ Kovan , Uber 388 @ East Coast and many more..For purchasing of new project,you will need to prepare 5% cash upon booking of unit..Feel free to contact me if you have any other queries..Thanks
