How much is a 3rm flat(2 bed room),3A modify model with a 83m area compared to those 63m typical 3rm flat.

However i had knock away 1 bed room,so its now left with 1 really big bed room.

Decor is not bad i spend quite a bit on reno that comes with huge walk in wardrobe, full sleek modern funiture and aircon for whole hse,bath tub ect...

1 min walk to coffeeshop and lrt stop.

Is such unit popular in the market as it serve more for an professional couples with no kids.

Can i at least get a 2k rental on monthly basis?

Hi Landlord,

I suppose your unit is at Bukit Panjang because you mentioned LRT.

For most PR and foreigner, their parent might come to visit them and thus need an extra room. Therefore, it will not appeal to them.

However, it may apply to local couple and small portion of PR and foreigner. Most 3 room flats are getting at least $2k in the market now. So I think you should have any problem getting $2k if we target the correct tenant, especially you mentioned that your unit is renovated.
