How much in hand cash do I need to buy a Condo in the current market situations - say if the ask price is S$ 1 Mil ? I understand, only 80% can be financed by the bank, regarding the rest 20%. As a buyer, are there any misc expenses like registration, stamp duty etc - Is it a part of the Seller's ask price or over and above and can it be financed?
