You have to bear in mind, both of you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of normal buyer's stamp duty of (3% x purchase price) - $5400 as you are purchasing it as foreigners. As you dont have CPF as foreigners, you need to pay this in cash.

If you need bankers to advise you on your approval in principle (potential loan amount), I can introduce some to you.

Cash outlay will be 20% downpayment plus 18% stamp duty etc: you need at least $300,000.
