How much does it cost for obtaining a private property valuation report

Hi Lim,
May I know what is the reason behind the valuation to be done for?
If it is purely as an indicative value for selling your property, perhaps you do not need to do a formal valuation up front. Unlike HDB where buyers require the formal valuation report to obtain housing loan, in private property sector, the usual practise would be checking with bankers for an indicative value.
If you require any assistance for formal valuation, on top of the list Keith has mentioned, ECG Property also does formal valuation.
