depending a lot on location, LH or FH can still get a decent 2 bedder at 950 psf ( LH old ), 1000 (FH old ones) ..

Hi, a new project called The Santorini at Tampines which is launching this month will be price around 700k plus for a 2 bedroom unit. While a newly TOP unit at Waterview, a 2 bedroom unit will be asking for 900k. So if timing allows, it is always a better choice to go for new launches. Regards Aaron 97308455
