Hi Mohamed,

Do you think that $2.8k is a very good price to achieve for your unit? If yes, I'd encourage that you pay slightly more to your agent who assisted you in securing this deal. As Eric has mentioned, we usually charge half a month of rental fees as our commissions for rental below 1 year and anything 1 year and above, will be 1 full months rental fees.
