Hi,

The CPF monies in your RA, after setting aside the minimum sum for your cohort, can be used for property. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi,

The amount to be utilised would be how much you have , after setting aside your minimum sum. With your loan quantum and exact finances, I could draft out the financial compitstions and progressive payment with timeline to illustrate the exact payment details. Following that, we could focus on the properties in line with your requirements, preferences and finances.

I will walk you through the entire process from shortlisting the unit, to proposing unit layouts, establishing financial / loan technicalities, admin and legal matters and beyond. Furthermore, there is no agent fees involved. Do contact me for a non obligatory discussion to walk you through this procedure step by step , with utmost professionalism.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

You can use up to 1/2 of your minimum sum to purchase a property. The current minimum sum is $161,000. You may use up to 1/2 of $161,000 to purchase a property.

If you have not reached 55 yet, it is advisable to purchase before you turn 55 so that you may use 100% of your CPF in your OA.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding the purchase of a property.

Regards,
