Dear owner,

What is the size and bedroom configurations of your unit?

Perhaps you may wish to share more information pertaining to your unit in order to determine a reasonable rental to encourage fast take up by tenants.

I do have tenants looking near Farrer Park, however, existing units do not match the budgets.

As you are aware, asking rental is always asking rental but whether or not the tenants are taking up at the price will be another issue.
