Hi Farzana, if you are renting for a year, then the commission payable to agent will be half a month rental plus gst. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

For rental of 1 year will be half month comm, and for 1.5 to 2 years rental lease, it will be 1 month comm. Anything not sure, just give me a call to ask. No obligation on anything.
